COVID-19 OFFICE STAFFING
March 20, 2020
Simmons Health Insurance Partners and The Legacy Creation Network considers the health and safety of our clients and employees to be of the utmost importance. We are taking every precaution to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020 we will temporarily close our office to walk-in clients and allow employees to work from home.
We encourage our clients to consider conducting business via telephone, videoconferencing, and electronic means whenever possible during this time. Even when away from the office, all our staff have access to their e-mail accounts and phone lines to help serve clients. We will continue to meet with clients for prescheduled in-person appointments and strive to conduct business without interruption to the best of our abilities.
If you arrive and find the office is closed, please feel free to call. We may be able to assist you over the phone or arrange for an appointment to take care you. We can be reached at:

UPDATE: March 23, 2020
Given the recent executive order issued by Governor Brown today, we will be closing the office beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020 for all walk-in clients and shifting appointments to phone or videoconference formats.
We appreciate your flexibility as we adapt our agency to meet your needs during this time. We are fortunate that much of what we do can be accomplished even while working in a remote setting and we are grateful to our clients that are also adapting to a new way of conducting business with us. Even if we cannot be with you and serve you in our office, please know that we are with you through this time and will strive to assist you to the very best of our abilities.
We continue to have access to our office phones as well as e-mail systems, so you can reach us without any change or interruption.
We will get through this together. Thank you and please stay safe and healthy!
UPDATE: May 15, 2020
Today marks the beginning of businesses being eligible to reopen in Phase 1 of Governor Brown's plan to reopen Oregon. We are encouraged by this development and what it means to our friends, neighbors, and colleagues throughout the region. During this time, the impact to offices remains unchanged and the governor's directive to continue tele-work remains in effect until Umatilla County enters Phase 2 of the reopening plan. The transition into Phase 2 is anticipated to take place after 21 days, barring any setbacks related to COVID-19 in our county. We will continue to work remotely during this time in compliance and look forward to re-opening soon.
